We support Boycott China Movement, It is just an overview of this smartphone.
Amidst all the rumors and internet leaks, Oppo has finally launched its flagships of 2020 in India-the Oppo Find x2 Pro and the Oppo Find x2. Now both of these are flagship phones with toggling specs and premium features. When it comes to others in the market, there have been underlying issues regarding the design or the performance or be it the phones with severe battery issues. Pro has obviously gotten the more hype but the Oppo find x2 is also a very similar phone, with hopefully a more appealing price so we thought why not take a look at the Oppo Find x2 well.
What is the buzz about?
Available in many colors like ceramic black gradient and ocean blue variant, the specifications in the phones are even more striking. To talk about the display, there is a curved 6.7-inch qHD plus and Hertz HDR 10 plus display with this punch hole and it has some really cool features. One can switch the refresh rate from auto to 120 Hertz which by the way, works at qHD resolution which makes the display feel super smooth and looks stunning. The display also supports 240-hertz touch sampling making it super responsive while gaming. It also has great outdoor visibility, thanks to the contrast ration and not to forget, the nature tone display feature which adjusts the screen temperature based on the lighting both outdoors and indoors. The phone also has an ultra vision engine on the hardware
side which does two interesting things. First, it converts SDR videos to HDR which helps users to see details better while upping the color game. Secondly, it can upscale 24 or 30 FPS videos to 60fps or even 120 fps. Both these features are supported in popular apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime video now.
Is it worth it?
The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 865 plus with 5G 12 GB of DDR4 RAM and 256 GB storage. When it comes to the camera details, it has a 48-megapixel primary camera with a 20-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 13-megapixel telephoto lens. These features are pretty decent. no doubt but what really got me excited are the video features. The Fine x2 is capable of shooting 4K 60fps videos and you get all the really cool features like ultra steady max and ultra steady Pro video mode which worked really well. Apart from these, the Oppo flagship phone Find x2 comes with these audio effects recording of 360 degrees. The sound feature is focused and adjusts itself naturally owing to the position of the subject. There is an option to reduce some wind noise which is interesting. The ultra-wide-angle shots have autofocus and they look great even though they are not even official telephoto lenses other than just a 2X optical zoom and 5X hybrid zoom.
Moving on to the battery, the Fine x2 comes with a 4200 mAh battery and there is a highlight that you cannot miss. The crazy-fast 65 W super boot 2.0 charger is just insanely fast for a phone charger and takes just 9 minutes to charge the phone from 0 to 50 percent and takes about 28 minutes to attain full charge. In my personal opinion, it would be really nice for a flagship phone if it had wireless charging. As for the functionality, the phone comes with the in-screen fingerprint scanner which runs super fast and it has features like steel speakers with dust and splash resistance among other things. There is one more thing to note here and that is the phone has a dual SIM card and no microSD slot.
Our Final Verdict
After relentless examination and research over countless cups of coffee, it can be safely proclaimed that this is the best phone that anyone might consider to lay their hands upon. With the sturdy design and the compact features that the Oppo Find x2 Pro and the Oppo Find x2 come packed with, the price would be pretty reasonable. All the specifications that are presented in it, the device looks very promising and it is only that matter of time that we get to know if it stands the test of time.
